This place had really clean rooms and the bed was super comfy! The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch too. It's pretty close to the Old Town Transit Centre, making it easy to get around. Just a heads up, the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy, so be careful if you’re out at night.

Decent stay with notable positives but a few glaring issues. The rooms were clean, updated, and provided a comfortable experience. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a generous spread. The staff was mostly accommodating, though one front desk employee exhibited rudeness that cast a shadow over my interactions. I wasn’t informed beforehand, which added unnecessary stress. The underground parking felt unsafe. The pet-friendly dog area was a welcome touch. the surrounding area was less than ideal for families. Clear communication and attention to these details, along with improved staff training, could elevate this hotel significantly.

The room was clean and appeared freshly renovated. The new headboard included USB charging and good lighting, which was a nice touch. All furniture was in excellent condition, and amenities like towels, toiletries, and coffee were well-stocked. I appreciated the TV, small fridge, and microwave. we did experience noise issues, being disturbed by outside sounds such as trucks and barking dogs, making it difficult to sleep. the phone in the room didn’t work, and I struggled with the free WiFi connection. Despite the comfort, the overall experience was marred by these inconveniences.

The room had this awful chemical smell that clung to everything, making it almost impossible to relax. I couldn't get a good night's sleep, and even my clothes picked up that weird scent. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I had a great time staying here because it’s just a short drive away from Sea World and other fun places, plus there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it super easy to find a bite to eat or a place to grab some souvenirs; the room was spacious and clean, a really comfortable spot to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff service could definitely be more pleasant.

Close to Sea World and fairly priced, but that’s where the positives faded. The room was clean and cozy, but the absence of essentials like coffee and soap was disappointing. The exterior looked updated, yet the area was a bit rough—loud noises and unexpected guests made for a restless night. Smoke from outside seeped in, affecting my daughter's breathing. Despite the clean room, the vibe felt off, with a palpable sense of unease lingering in the hallways. Very much a mixed bag; I wouldn’t classify it as family-friendly.

Breakfast was served early, and it had everything from waffles to sausages. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and the bed was super comfy.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still a fair deal.
